Ngor Okpala: Umuowa people extol Legislator for paying their electricity bills


A promise made by the Honourable member representing the Aboh Mbaise/Ngor Okpala Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Bede Eke, to clear the electricity bills of Umuowa Community has been commended by the people.
Speaking through their president general. Barr Paul-Chris Eke, the leaders and members of the community thanked the legislator for his good gesture.
Hon Bede Eke made his promise to settle the bills during a PDP Ward Meeting/Sensitization Tour of Umuowa /Nguru Ward 6.
Addressing a mammoth crowd at the residence of the Ward chairman of the Party, Mr. Okere Anthony (Osama), told Party faithful that representation in any political contest is all about giving back to the grassroots and such influenced his decision to offset the electricity bill of Umuowa Community. Hon Bede Eke assured the Community that by the month of October, he would clear the ear marked bill to restore back electricity in the Community.
