shallow

Why are men so shallow?......

It pains me to know how shallow minded the world can be and how fast the are to conclude…

I had wondered why guy will always call girls immature just because they refused to step on their believes and trainings for them and I still wonder when they will stop. Today I am going to discuss this topic with a story although I don't know how it may sound but I still encourage you all to type in your comments below…..

And so I had this chat with this guy today and he told me to pay him a visit in a so called hotel in the state. I was like “ why a hotel, why cant it be an eatery or rather a park...at least with the happenings in the society no well trained lady will wish to meet a guy in a hotel.  He asked me why I cant meet him there and I told him hoping and believing that he will understand my point but believe me he didn't . Rather he ended the chat for the day but I didn't care a bit about the shit. The next day he chatted me up again and was “ shey I don't want to visit him” and I replied “ I will if the venue for the meeting can be adjusted and like the last time he didn't want to change the venue. In response he ended the chat. The next day again began a new chapter of the chat. He asked the same question and I gave him the same response. So he was like

“meeting a guy in a hotel doesn't actually men that you are a runs girl

“That is very primitive to think that it’s only runs girls that goes to hotels

“ you baffle me

“ and yuck who accused runs girls of being the only visitors in hotels? I sure didn't even mention that.

I tried to defend myself but he wasn't listening so I had to ask him why he had to choose hotels of all places and he replied me with the sentence that I dreaded to hear.

“you need to grow up, he said

Growing up is not by age, it is by maturity

I tried to make him know that I am grown enough to choose what kind of food that is suitable for my selective stomach and those that are not, and so he  sent the bomb to me

“ if you are, you wont say these things that you say

“it is disappointing

“ a graduate for that matter

I was pissed off at the fact that he included my being a graduate into the discussion but I still kept my cool. Being a graduate have nothing to do with our decisions sometimes to do what we believe in and trash the ones that we don't believe in but it is so provocation and disgusting how quick the words is to judge us. I really think that it is unfair to us, maybe guys need to understand our points and stop seeing our words to be that of immature fellow who is still living on fallacies and childish behaviors. I stand on my point to do it which will not stand as a point to me and what will complicate my life. I pray that the world will stop being shallow and try to eject words well first before digesting it…...food for thought.
