Corn and coconut: tantalizing and appetizing

Whenever the season is out we eat food comes with the season. Corn is not far from the truth. It is a fact that corn is an African food that are planted and harvested for the family consumption.

Most people consume it as an appetizer and for holding the tommy before the main meal course is prepared while others consume it as the maim course.

We can't deny the fact that almost 99% of the world grow, harvest and consume the world appetizing maize/corn.

It is not a farm product that grow and are consumed by only Africans; almost all countries of the world consume it.

Many people choose to boil, fry, marinate, roast and sauce their corn before eating it.

Coconut is another but that is grown in all parts of the world. It is milky and when consumed with corn it gives this obsessive taste that will make you crave for more.

Normally we Africans consume corn with pear, even doing the days of our father's and mothers but I still love and enjoy the fullness and milky taste you get when the the products mix with your saliva.

But fash o, Africa is sweet. When they said that Africa is a land filled with milk and honey I never understood it well until I combined the two delicious African delicacies.

If you have never tasted it you will never find out what am talking about.

The next food I ate and enjoyed like this was fried unripe plantain and fully matured coconut.

Help me heaven; I exclaimed.  It truly felt like I was in heaven.
